EUMARSIN launch at EUROCEAN 2000 Conference, Hamburg
The EUMARSIN project will officially launch at the EUROCEAN Conference to be held in Hamburg from 29th August to the 2nd September 2000.

EUMARSIN partners will present a poster showing links with the EUROCORE project and the EU-SEASED Website . The EUMARSIN and EUROCORE project co-ordinators Dr Constantine Perissoratis and Dr Guy Rothwell will give presentations at 'The availability of data for marine research' Session on Friday 1st September. Dick Schaap, the Managing Director of MARIS, the EU-SEASED data managers will include information on the projects in his keynote lecture at the same session.

5th EUMARSIN Meeting, Espoo, Finland 8th-9th May 2000
The 5th EUMARSIN Meeting was hosted by Geologian Tutkimuskeskus, the Geological Survey of Finland in Espoo, Helsinki on 8th-9th May 2000.
